Established in 2001, Sunflower Montessori, a private company, runs several crèches and foyers de jour dedicated to the principles of Maria Montessori. Sunflower provides a safe and secure environment where children of all nationalities can investigate and explore, gain confidence, independence and language development.

We are looking for a full‑time Educator (M/F) who speaks English to reinforce our dynamic international team in one of our structures (EAGLE) in Findel.

• To welcome and supervise children.
• Create a safe, clean, stimulating, and caring environment for the children.
• Help children to learn the basics of daily life and the rules of community life.
• Plan and perform various educational activities and projects with the children.
• Ensure children's psychological and physical well‑being.
• Support children in their individual development.
• Maintain a relationship of trust with parents.

• A degree in the field of early childhood / child care / education recognized by the Ministry in the Grand‑Duchy of Luxembourg is required.
• A first experience would be an advantage.
• A good level of English is required.
• A commitment to early education is essential. An appreciation of the Montessori pedagogy is a distinct advantage.
