Healthy Kids Programs is hiring Group Teachers for the 2025‑2026 school year. We look for someone passionate about creating an environment where kids can thrive.

Job Status: Part‑Time, Non‑Exempt
Location: Oaklyn Elementary, Oaklyn, NJ
Pay Rate: $15.49 ‑ $17.00 per hour
Hours: 7:00‑8:30 am and 2:45‑5:45 pm

• Guide compliance with NJ guidelines, Healthy Kids policies, and host school rules.
• Direct engaging hands‑on activities covering fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, and homework.
• Create a safe, healthy, and fun environment; be a role model.
• Assist Site Director with attendance, registration, and staffing; act in Director’s absence.
• Maintain open communication with parents via Playground App.
• Collaborate with Site Director to address daily occurrences and challenges.

• Associate’s degree in Child Development, Child Development Certificate.
• OR Six college credits in Early Childhood Education or Child Development and Nine college credits in Education, Psychology, Health Care, Nursing, or related field.

• Medically fit; free of communicable diseases including TB.
• Warm, friendly, upbeat; exceptional people skills with kids, parents, team; professional, reliable, prompt.
• Ready to bend, stretch, lift, carry up to 50 lbs.; flexible to keep up with energetic kids.
