Raritan Valley Community College's Workforce Training Center is seeking experienced professionals with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to teach non-credit courses for adult learners and working professionals. These courses introduce participants to the fundamentals of AI and explore how emerging technologies such as machine learning and generative AI can be applied in real-world business and workplace contexts.

• Deliver engaging instruction on AI concepts, including AI fundamentals, machine learning, generative AI, and ethical considerations.
• Incorporate case studies, interactive discussions, hands-on projects, and demonstrations of practical tools (e.g., ChatGPT and other AI applications).
• Make complex topics understandable and relevant for learners from diverse professional and educational backgrounds.
• Monitor student attendance, participation, and progress.
• Regularly update course content to reflect the latest developments in AI tools, trends, and workplace applications.

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Professional experience applying AI or machine learning in business, consulting, or organizational settings.
• Teaching, training, or facilitation experience with adult learners strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical learners.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
