Assistant Infant Teacher

As part of our dedicated team, you will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment for our youngest students. • Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of infant curriculum and activities, ensuring alignment with our comprehensive early childhood education program
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with infants, toddlers, and their families, fostering a sense of trust and rapport
• Collaborate with the Lead Infant Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment that promotes cognitive, social, and emotional growth
• Implement and enforce center policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with state and national standards
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education

• 1+ years of experience as an early childhood educator (with potential on-the-job training provided)
• High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education and/or child development coursework a plus
• Ability to lift and carry children, as well as supplies and equipment, up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and colleagues
• First aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within the first 30 days of employment)
