To provide assistance to students in instructional settings under teacher guidance.
Job Description- Assist teachers in the implementation of individualized or small group instructional activities.
- Support students with academic tasks, organization and goal setting.
- Support the implementation of social-emotional learning strategies and interventions.
- Build positive relationships with students to encourage attendance, engagement and success.
- Provide classroom coverage when teachers are absent
- Experience or demonstrated willingness to work with high school students in educational or youth-focused settings.
- Understanding of adolescent development
- Ability to remain flexible, calm, patient and solution focused in fast-paced, challenging situations
- Criminal History Background Check
- $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience
- Full time health, dental and prescription benefits included, after 30 days HERE
