Job Overview24/7 Electric LLC is seeking a skilled Assistant Electrical Project Supervisor to play a key hybrid role-splitting time between the field and the office. This position requires extensive commercial and industrial electrical experience and the ability to provide both hands-on support and remote guidance to field crews. You'll assist in supervising projects, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
This is a fast-paced service environment where flexibility is critical-calls can come in late in the day or on weekends, and we need a leader who is ready to respond.

Key Responsibilities- Provide supervision and support to electrical field teams both onsite and remotely via communication devices.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing commercial and industrial electrical projects.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, offering real-time solutions to field staff.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Conduct site visits to monitor work progress, provide technical guidance, and address any issues.
- Collaborate with management on scheduling, resource allocation, and project updates.
- Maintain accurate reports, logs, and documentation for projects.>
- Respond to service calls as needed, including after-hours or weekends.
- Operate company vehicles and maintain assigned tools and equipment.
- 5+ years of commercial and industrial electrical experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Clean or near-clean driving record; at least 3 years of driving experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including after-hours and weekend calls.
- Proficiency with electrical tools, materials, and applicable codes.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid role-field and office responsibilities.
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, with weekend and overtime availability.
- Flexibility required for late-day and weekend service calls.
- Hybrid-combination of onsite work at commercial and industrial client locations and office-based support.
