CAD Operator

Overview

Property Solutions is seeking an entry level full time CAD operator in Moorestown, NJ. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and can work well both independently and within a team. This essential role provides project support to our expert project management team.

• Experience with AutoCAD 2018 or higher.
• Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD is a must, applicants will be administered a test to demonstrate speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Able to modify existing CAD drawings.
• Work closely with field personnel to create CAD drawings suitably detailed to convey the necessary information required.
• Follow project schedules and meet deadlines.
• Exceptionally organized, meticulous, and detail orientated.
• Able to work independently to complete projects.
• Able to manage multiple workloads and prioritize.
• Knowledge of GIS is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment;
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests in an environment of deadlines and changing priorities
• The position requires a motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well with others and take direction from multiple individuals.

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1 to 2 years relevant experience in a fast-paced and deadline driven office environment preferred but not required
• Experience with Adobe, Word, Excel, and Outlook
