This position will manage all aspects of regulatory compliance for facility air permitting (Title V), hazardous waste management, SPCC and stormwater management, TRI and Tier II reporting, and oversee accident/incident investigation, root‑cause analysis and corrective action implementation across all Frazier North America facilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Permit Management – Oversee and maintain Title V permits, manage air permits to ensure compliance, supervise hazardous waste management.
- Reporting and Compliance – Coordinate and submit TRI and Tier II reports, oversee SPCC plans, manage stormwater compliance programs.
- Safety and Incident Management – Conduct and document accident/incident investigations, perform root‑cause analysis, develop and implement comprehensive safety programs.
- Training and Development – Provide OSHA and EPA training to ensure compliance and enhance safety awareness.
- Site Coordination – Ensure EHS compliance across six sites in the U.S. and Canada; collaborate with site managers to implement EHS policies and procedures.
- Other EHS duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in EHS management.
- Knowledge of Title V permits, air permits, hazardous waste management, and environmental reporting requirements.
- Strong understanding of OSHA and EPA regulations.
- Proven experience in accident/incident investigation and root‑cause analysis.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10% to various sites; able to travel internationally (Canada).

8‑hour workdays Monday to Friday.
Pay$65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year.
