This role is all about driving efficiency and innovation in our distribution operations. You’ll lead cost improvement initiatives by optimizing methods, systems, and processes, while leveraging smart capital investments to enhance the physical flow of products. As a key partner to our domestic Logistics Centers and Configuration & Integration Operations, you’ll design layouts, plan space, specify material handling equipment, and document processes that keep us running smoothly and within budget.

Beyond operational excellence, you’ll champion safety and ergonomic standards, continuously evaluating and improving processes to create a smarter, safer, and more productive environment.

Must reside within a commutable distance to the office.

Salary: $91,000/yr.

Shift: 8am-5pm.

• Responsible for analyzing and improving logistics operations through method studies, time standards, and process optimization.
• Lead initiatives in Lean methodology, ergonomic and safety engineering, capacity planning, and ISO compliance.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to enhance productivity, develop cost‑effective solutions, and support SAP testing and documentation control.

• Previous
  
  Work Experience:
  
  Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in a logistics/supply‑chain engineering role, plus labor standards experience five (5) years preferred.
• Education/Certifications
  
  Required:
  
  Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Other education/certifications:
  Basic Lean, Six Sigma knowledge or other process improvement certification.
