Kelly Engineering is seeking an experienced Distributed Control System (DCS) / Process Control Engineer to join our team in West Deptford, NJ.

Pay Range: $75.00/hr - $95.00/hr

• This role is critical to maintaining and upgrading our older Honeywell DCS system and PLC interfaces.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize the existing Honeywell DCS system (older version) and PLC interfaces across three plants.
• Support the implementation of system upgrades, testing, and commissioning.
• Collaborate with plant operations and engineering teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Provide on-site support for a minimum of 3 days per week, with additional on-site presence during project implementation phases.
• Document processes, system configurations, and updates to facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to evaluations for potential long‑term system improvements or conversions.

• 3+ years industry experience in industrial control systems, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
• Experience with Honeywell DCS systems (older versions preferred) and PLC interfaces.
• Ability to start ASAP.

• Ability to work on‑site in West Deptford, NJ, for a minimum of 3 days per week, with flexibility for additional on‑site work during project phases.
• Local candidates only, residing within a 1‑hour commute of West Deptford, NJ.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Prior experience in chemical or industrial manufacturing environments is a plus.
