Flexcraft is seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team. This role ensures our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. The candidate will bring a quality background and expertise in a plastics environment and a commitment to manufacturing excellence.

• Own the quality control process, reviewing products, materials, and processes
• Conduct inspections, tests, audits, and document results
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and quality enhancement
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement improvements
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and ensure product specifications are met
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and drive quality‑related decisions
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Maintain accurate records of quality tests and improvement initiatives
• Develop and track key quality metrics
• Communicate quality standards and improvement strategies across teams
• Provide training on quality standards and control techniques
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Project management experience from conception to completion
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field

• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and time management skills
• Keen attention to detail and analytical abilities
