Job Description
Our Radar Systems Engineering Team is seeking a candidate to support the integration, test, and verification of high performance active electronically scanned array (AESA) radar systems.
Responsibilities
- Apply advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories and concepts to develop revolutionary system solutions.
- Support integration and test, evaluate test results, investigate discrepancies, provide technical assessment of anomalies, and drive issues to resolution.
- Conduct system verification and support certification activities.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to accomplish technical objectives.
- Represent the organization on contracts and interface with internal and external customers, program and senior leadership on technical matters as required.
- Have strong analytical and communication skills and work well in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
- Be comfortable working in hands‑on laboratory or field environments.
- Shift work may be required.
- Have the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed to support site installs, checkout and integration testing.

Desired Skills
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent.
- Radar systems development and test experience, including signal processing, algorithms, software, data analysis, and modeling & simulation.
- Experience with RF systems or antenna testing in near-field and far-field test environments.
- Knowledge of Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) and Anti-Aircraft Warfare (AAW) concepts and design considerations.
- Familiarity with earned value management.
