Test Engineering CO-OP (Spring 2026)

- Coordinate assembly and testing activities.
- Develop, revise, and implement test manufacturing instructions and procedures.
- Interpret test and measurement data and propose improvements to testing processes and tooling.
- Review technical data, assess performance, identify problems, and plan and implement corrective actions.
- Work with engineering teams to understand and evaluate test results.
- Develop graphics displaying analytic results.
- Support reports and briefings that describe results and significance of analyses performed.
- Demonstrated creative problem‑solving skills.
- GPA of 3.2 or above.
- Experience using Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW
Required Experience- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering/scientific major.
- Knowledgeable in software programming, computer‑aided design, analog/digital design, lasers, free‑space or fiber optics, guidance & control, systems analysis, or systems integration.
- Have coursework, interest, motivation, and experience that provide a foundation for developing expertise in one or more of the above engineering specialties.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- General knowledge and understanding of mathematical modeling and analysis methods.
- Must be able to work full‑time (40 hours per week) for 16 weeks during the Spring 2026 semester (January 2026 – May 2026).
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
Salary range: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour. Final compensation will be based on experience, skill set, school year, major, and other factors.
