About the RoleAs Sr. Customer Engineer, you'll support product acceptance, validation, and verification. Ensure high-quality product performance, conduct field tests, and engage in technical support. Collaborate with R&D and resolve issues to meet customer requirements.
ResponsibilitiesSupport product technical acceptance and certification process
Conduct product validation, verification, and regression testing for quality, performance, and reliability
Write Product Test Plans for WiFi, Cellular, and Network products
Ensure high system-level product quality and user experience
Manage installed systems and coordinate test house activities
Provide and improve automation test items to increase efficiency
Engage in L2 and L3 level problem escalation with product groups
Participate in vendor and customer meetings for product feedback and opportunities
Provide technical post-sales support to R&D team and collaborate with DQA/SQA teams to ensure feature delivery/inclusion
Adhere to bug tracking process as per corporate product development lifecycle
RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Engineering, Industrial Engineering
Proficient in Linux, Shell, TCP/IP (preferred)
Experience in communication engineering, telecom equipment installation, wireless communication testing, network system configuration
Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required
