Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager with experience in commercial construction to oversee ground-up construction projects, particularly within the retail and restaurant sectors.

This role offers a stable and dynamic work environment due to a significant backlog of projects and expansion into multiple business segments.

Responsibilities

+ Manage and oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion.

+ Coordinate project activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.

+ Collaborate with general contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

+ Handle change orders, RFIs, and project estimation processes.

+ Develop site development plans and manage project engineering activities.

+ Ensure adherence to mechanical and electrical engineering standards and practices.

Essential Skills

+ 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction.

+ Proven track record in ground-up construction projects.

+ Strong project management and coordination skills.

+

Experience with change orders, RFIs, and project estimation.

+ Proficiency in engineering and site development.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or equivalent.

+ Experience in mechanical and electrical engineering.

+ Familiarity with construction management and design principles.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
