Qualifications:

• Must have experience using AutoCAD engineering specifically for land development.
• This job would be supporting surveyors, helping with construction layouts, etc.
• In land development, converting raw land into usable plots requires precise engineering drawings for roads, drainage, utilities, and grading.

Must Have:

• Land Development Engineer.
• Hands-on AutoCAD experience applied specifically to land development projects
• Experience supporting land development workflows (roads, drainage, utilities, grading, or construction layouts)
• Ability to produce precise engineering drawings for land development purposes
