  • Secure licences, permissions, and releases for all third‑party content used in NFL Films programming.
  • Serve as a resource for production teams on rights, usage restrictions, and clearance options at all stages of production.
  • Track, organise, and maintain accurate records for all research and clearance documentation, including agreements, invoices, purchase orders, and correspondence.
  • Communicate with internal departments to move acquired materials through workflows and deliver them to producers.
  • Maintain strong administrative procedures and uphold departmental standards.
  • Learn and use internal rights/clearance tracking systems and screening tools.
  • Assist with training and mentoring interns as needed.

  • Strong problem‑solving ability; resourceful and proactive.
  • Ability to manage sensitive or confidential information.
  • Flexibility to be on call for occasional weekend work.
  • Comfort working in deadline‑driven environments with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to occasionally handle physical archival materials such as footage reels, tapes, newspapers, and photo collections.
  • Embody an enthusiastic, proactive can‑do attitude.
  • Embrace grit, free from ego or entitlement.
  • Excel as a relationship builder, with the ability to influence.
