Partner- Outsourced Accounting & CFO Advisory

Overview

Partner - Outsourced Accounting & CFO Advisory role  are seeking a Partner for our Client Accounting and CFO Services practice to contribute to the firm’s growth both organically and through M&A, and to build scalable, sustaining capability.

• Develop and drive client experiences through qualitative and quantitative programs coordinated via a CRM system. Leverage analytics, client scorecards, and an integrated portal to enhance the experience.
• Be highly accountable with strengths in working through ambiguity to deliver results.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the technology landscape and leverage technology to solve problems at scale.
• Apply measurement and analytics to inform decisions.
• Act to surpass goals and innovate to drive results.
• Set continually higher goals aligned to firm objectives for self and team.
• Frame problems, collect insights, evaluate strategic options, and make clear recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to unlock value for Eisner Amper using existing or new resources.
• Identify stakeholders, engage with them, and build consensus to shape outcomes.
• Build relationships to help others achieve objectives and reach out to new contacts as appropriate.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
• CPA required.
• Current or recent experience from a professional services firm.
• 12+ years of demonstrated career progression and strong performance as a senior leader.
• 7+ years in a leadership role within Client Accounting and CFO Services (preferred).
• Demonstrated success scaling a practice of $10M+ to at least double or greater in revenue.

• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience managing a team of relevant scale; ability to attract, develop, retain, and motivate top talent.
• Track record of collaboration and influence across a large organization to deliver expectations.
• Success leveraging a CRM to enable go-to-market processes and optimize productivity.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, growth environment.
• Demonstrated strategic skills.
