Overview of project/skills required:

• Very seasoned SME who can provide direction on how to respond / position RASL requests with the appropriate scope and lens
• Strong understanding of financial regulations (Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), AICPA, Federal Reserve (FED), and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), AICPA, FFIEC, NYDFS, PCI,)
• Previous experience working at/with regulatory bodies (Dealing with MRA, MRIA)
• Adaptable to strict deadlines
• Ability to understand the change impact from regulations, controls, frameworks, policies, standards, processes, procedures, etc. and keep the RASL responses updated proactively
• Ability to take a complex scenario and break it down to a simple story (Strong storytelling skills)
• Ability to present to senior executives (VP, SVP, EVP, SEVP)
• Ability to navigate through a large organization
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive optimal outcome
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new financial systems, tools, and concepts.
• Staying updated on industry trends and regulations
• Strong interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between different stakeholders.
