This is a full‑time hybrid career opportunity on our Business Loan Center team. The role can be based anywhere within the Fulton Bank footprint: PA, NJ, MD, DE, VA, DC.

• Act as the primary decision maker in the loan decision process for the Business Loan Center, ensuring that all pertinent risks (credit, legal, regulatory, compliance, operational) have been identified and assessed and that appropriate controls are established.
• Provide underwriting of commercial credit requests, actively participating in the loan decisioning process, applying appropriate risk management strategies in compliance with the bank’s risk appetite, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Make efficient and timely decisions on more complex loan requests submitted to the BLC; assist in the efficient and effective operation of the BLC.
• Communicate with Relationship Managers and customers where appropriate; provide guidance and feedback to RMs and credit analysts in the BLC underwriting and decisioning process.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of Fulton’s credit appetite, underwriting standards, credit quality, policies and regulatory compliance requirements, as well as systems and procedures necessary for the BLC underwriting and decisioning process.
• Partner with the special assets group on problem loan identification and practice early identification and effective mitigation strategies on problem loans.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business or Accounting (required).

7+ years of banking/financial experience (required).

7+ years of commercial credit underwriting, analysis and lending authority experience (required).

This role may perform other duties as assigned by the manager and is accountable for understanding and acting on all company‑assigned and job‑related compliance programs, regulations and policies.

Base salary range: $99,200.00 – $ annually.
