Title:
Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis
Location:
Bridgewater, NJ area (hybrid)
Salary: $160 – 180k plus bonus
Industry: Pharma (experience required)
What will be expected of you as Sr. Manager, FP&A?- Lead the reporting and analytics to ensure sound financials.
- Lead the analysis and forecast tract to help identify updates to financial forecasts
- Guide business unit leaders on the process and forecasting of their respective areas
- Serve as point person for treasury and the cash forecasting
- Review and implement changes and industry best practices
- Provide guidance to team members
- Develop and implement new processes, procedures and/or systems to improve organizational efficiencies and cost controls
- Assist the leadership thru recommendations and implementation on new and existing systems
- Take initiative to improve the global budgeting and forecasting process
- Bachelor’s Degree (Finance/Accounting)
- 10+ years Finance/Accounting Experience
- 5+ years experience in a pharmaceutical or related industry
- Strong experience with financial modeling in Excel preferred
