Chief Financial Officer

Fractional CFO (Part-Time | ~20 hrs/week | $60–$70/hr)

We are seeking a results‑driven Fractional CFO to provide strategic financial leadership for a growing ecommerce and consumer products business
. This hands‑on role will strengthen financial reporting, improve cash flow visibility, build scalable systems, and support executive decision‑making to drive profitability and growth.

This position is part‑time (~20 hours per week) with scheduling flexibility and requires being in‑office at least once per week for collaboration.

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to the CEO/Leadership Team
• Build and maintain budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models
• Create dashboards and KPI reporting (sales, margins, CAC, inventory turns, cash flow)
• Analyze profitability by product, channel, and customer segment
• Improve cash flow planning, working capital visibility, and inventory planning
• Strengthen monthly close, financial controls, and settlement reconciliation (Quick Books + ecommerce systems)
• Identify margin opportunities across fees, ad spend, freight, returns, and operational costs
• Coordinate with CPA, tax advisors, payroll providers, and external partners

Required

• 5+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including CFO‑level responsibility
• Strong FP&A skills (forecasting, budgeting, modeling, dashboards)
• Experience in ecommerce, consumer products, or high‑volume transactional businesses
• Strong cash flow and working capital expertise
• Comfortable operating strategically and hands‑on

Preferred

• Amazon/multi‑channel marketplace experience and settlement reconciliation
• Inventory‑heavy operations and COGS optimization experience
• Quick Books and ecommerce accounting integrations
• Experience scaling a business ($10M → $20M+)
