We are looking for an organized and meticulous Bookkeeper to join our team in Parsippany, New Jersey. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. Responsibilities:

- Record and organize daily financial transactions while ensuring accurate posting.

- Perform reconciliations for bank statements and credit card accounts.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes effectively.

- Prepare and process invoices, payroll entries, and expense reports.

- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

- Generate detailed financial reports to assist with decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.

Requirements - Proven experience in bookkeeping with a strong understanding of financial principles.

- Proficiency in using Quick Books and other financial management tools.

- Knowledge of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

- Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
