H&R Block, Inc. seeks an Office Experience Manager to lead a team of Tax Advisors and CSPs, ensuring a consultative client experience in person. You will coordinate with the CCS team and drive adoption of client-centric services while accelerating the office’s seasonal tax business.
You’ll start on a flexible part-time schedule in fall, then expand hours January–April, including evenings and weekends as needed. This is an in-person, non-remote role in the New Jersey market.
