The Global Finance Business Partner is the senior finance lead for Pharma Solutions and the finance leader for the Alabaster site. The role provides independent insight, constructive challenge and decision support, connecting site performance with the global business view.

This is a visible global finance leadership role with the opportunity to improve the quality and speed of decisions through clear visibility of sales, margin, product and site profitability, cash flow, working capital, forecasts, and capital returns.

• Become the trusted finance partner to Pharma Solutions leadership, bringing independent insight and constructive challenge.
• Connect financial performance, business priorities and long-term plans into clear recommendations.
• Support business strategy and five-year plans through analysis, scenarios and decision materials.

• Own and enhance global reporting for sales, margin and profitability.
• Lead monthly performance reviews that explain results, identify risks and opportunities, and establish actions.
• Improve visibility of product, portfolio, site and global profitability.
• Proactively review balance sheet, cash flow and working capital performance.

• Coordinate budgets, forecasts and long-range plans with clear understanding of assumptions and movements.
• Support sales management and forecasting processes.
• Advise on complex commercial contracts and associated finance and accounting implications.
• Analyze capacity, portfolio optimization and investment trade-offs across sites.

• Strengthen governance for capital projects, including investments of $1 million or more, technology transfers and grant applications.
• Integrate Alabaster performance, costs and investment decisions into the global view.
• Improve historic and forward-looking insight through dashboards, automation, analytics and appropriate AI-enabled tools.

• Establish a consistent monthly global performance-review rhythm covering sales, margin, profitability, cash flow, working capital and key drivers.
• Create a clear global profitability view across products, portfolios and sites.
• Align Alabaster site finance with Pharma Solutions global reporting, planning and leadership routines.
• Implement practical dashboard, automation and analytics improvements that strengthen forward-looking decision support.

This is a senior individual-contributor leadership role focused on building insight and improving decisions rather than managing a large organization. The successful candidate will be expected to:
