Deka Lash, one of the fastest-growing brands in the beauty industry. We're seeking a goal-driven EYELASH EXTENSION STUDIO MANAGER with a passion for artistry and sales. We encourage all ethnicities, genders and bilingual candidates to apply!

The ideal candidate is a licensed esthetician with at least 3 years of experience as a lash artist. This is a Full‑Time position. Your time will be split between eyelash application/services (75%) and managerial duties (25%).

• Paid training to learn Deka Lash technique
• Provide all lash and beauty services
• Earn commissions on every membership, service and product sold
• Opportunity to become a Master Lash Artist and/or Trainer (more $$$)
• Paid vacation and sick leave
• Sharing positive work/client experiences on social media daily is a MUST
• Willing to perform additional duties as required

• Ensure Deka Lash branding and culture in all actions
• Work with studio owners on hiring and employee retention goals
• Monitor and mentor Lash Artists for ongoing success and future growth
• Work with studio owners on agenda for weekly staff meetings to discuss goals, review performance
• Work with corporate trainer to enhance ongoing staff training
• Coordinate social media schedule - which includes making in‑studio videos and helping to promote sales/specials
• Coordinate community events with area businesses in person and via social media
• Help maintain inventory and coordinate orders with studio owners
• Ensure all studio systems are followed such as proper open/close, delinquent account procedures, cash handling, etc.
• Work with staff to manage bookings—confirmations, membership status, updated payments on file, etc.
• Ensure the studio, storage area and office are clean, stocked and properly maintained at all times

• NJ licensed esthetician or cosmetologist
• Available for all shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Passion for learning new techniques and staying updated on the latest industry trends
• Previous management experience in the beauty industry strongly recommended but not required

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
