Atlantic Health System is seeking a skilled and compassionate Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our inpatient unit at Chilton Medical Center. We offer a collaborative environment rooted in patient-centered care, professional respect, and a commitment to continuous learning.

$40.00/hr - $70.40/hr

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab team members
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care
• Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed

• Evaluate patients and establish plans of care and treatment programs
• Provide interventions and patient and family education
• Document interventions and bill appropriately
• Support Lead Clinicians in competency development and implementation
• Participate in orientation of new staff and serve as a clinical instructor for students
• Exercise independent judgment of moderately complex cases with minimal supervision

• New Jersey license to practice Physical Therapy
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• 2-5 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in Acute Care
