Salary: $17.75 per hour
Caldwell University invites applications for a part-time Administrative Assistant. Reporting to the Executive Director of Institutional Advancement, the person in this position supports the operations and provides administrative support to the department. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support ranging from general office operations to the preparation of meeting materials and mailings, and coordination of travel arrangements.
- Maintain records for Institutional Advancement budget accounts and reconcile accounts with budget reports. Process departmental travel expenses, monthly expense reports, budget transfers, and monitor for accurate posting to the budget portal.
- Maintain the Executive Director’s materials pre and post weekly meetings with the President to ensure all materials are organized in one central location.
- Manage student workers and provide direction to ensure the needs of the department are met while simultaneously equipping the students with valuable work experience and skills.
Knowledge equivalent to a bachelor’s degree, plus 1-2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, working with PDF files, Adobe, and Google Applications. Strong managerial and organizational skills are also needed.
Caldwell University invites applications for a per diem Art Therapist. Reporting to the Clinical Director, the per diem Art Therapist will provide art therapy services to individuals or groups based on the contract with an off-site agency. The Employer engages the Art Therapist as a per diem employee to provide art therapy services for various agencies off-site. The Art Therapist’s duties include, but are not limited to:
- Planning and facilitating art therapy sessions in accordance with agency needs.
- Clinically assessing and evaluating mental, emotional, and/or behavioral needs to engage in problem-solving discussions with clients.
- Establishing a therapeutic relationship with clients and maintaining a level of professionalism during the course of treatment.
- Maintaining flexibility by adjusting interventions to best fit the client’s needs
- Developing treatment plans for clients.
- Collaborating with agency staff to address client goals.
- Caseload management and scheduling.
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional ethical standards.
- Documenting client progress and session outcomes as required.
- Attending occasional meetings or training as directed by the Employer.
- Meeting the health screening requirements and privacy requirements of the agency
