To excel as a Care Manager at Monmouth Cares, candidates must possess a background as a social worker in social services or human services, demonstrating attention to detail and a strong understanding of deadlines. The role requires individuals to be reliable, responsible, and accountable in their duties, ensuring the highest level of care and support for children and youth in need.

A comprehensive knowledge of the educational system, including special education, as well as familiarity with the child welfare, juvenile justice, and child protection services systems, is essential. A minimum of one year of experience working with at-risk children and their families is required to navigate the complexities of this important role effectively.

• Experience as a Social Worker from social services or Human Services
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in related field
• Detail oriented and deadline aware
• Responsible and accountable
