Instructs group exercise class(es), taking into consideration varying abilities of the clientele while providing continual observation and direction to ensure a safe exercise area.
Primary Position Responsibilities- Recognizes a safe environment and the safe execution of activities being performed prioritizes all members and guests.
- Dedication to customer service by promoting a friendly atmosphere and keeping all members engaged.
- Recognizes good communication and keeps all well-informed.
- Maintains consistency in programming and instructor dependability for member satisfaction and retention.

Wellness Center personnel, members and guests.

Program Supervisor. Supervises:
None.
Minimum Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Certification from accredited agency for Group Exercise Instruction
- CPR/AED certification (must be completed within 60 days of hire)
- 1-2 years of prior group exercise instruction experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Consistency and dependability.
- None.
Hiring Range: $23.00 Hourly. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, family forming, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and retirement savings.
