ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – School-Based
Location:
Based in Cherry Hill, NJ with placements in school districts across South Jersey
Schedule:
Full-Time, Day Hours with 2 evening cases a week
Starting Pay Rates: RBT - $23 hourly, ABA Therapist - $20 hourly

Interactive Kids is looking for experienced, dedicated ABA Therapists and RBTs to join our School Consultation Team. You’ll work 1:1 with students in public school settings, helping them access learning, build essential skills, and thrive in their day-to-day environments.
What You’ll Do- Work directly with students to implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Support students with attention, transitions, communication, and behavior goals
- Use ABA strategies like reinforcement, prompting, shaping, and error correction
- Collect daily behavior and skill acquisition data using digital tools like Rethink
- Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and school staff
- Collaborate with teachers, CST teams, and paraprofessionals
- Travel between assigned districts across South Jersey
- Provide 2 evening in-home or community-based cases per week
You’ll be the steady support for a student who may otherwise struggle to succeed in school. By helping them develop meaningful communication, behavior, and daily living skills, you’ll make a lasting impact — one moment, one breakthrough, and one student at a time.
You’re a Great Fit If You...- Are RBT certified or willing to become certified
- Have previous ABA experience (required), ideally in school or pediatric settings
- Know how to stay calm, professional, and supportive in dynamic environments
- Communicate well with both adults and students
- Are organized and confident tracking data and following clinical plans
- Can travel locally and are open to working two evening sessions per week
- Love working with kids and being part of a collaborative team
