Patient Care Coordinator at Smile Brands Inc.
OverviewAs a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll play a key role in creating positive patient experiences using our innovative G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You will greet patients, assist with check‑in/check‑out procedures, schedule appointments, provide information about services and payment options, and help with financial arrangements for treatment.
Schedule (days/hours)Monday‑Thursday 7:45‑3:00 pm with a 30‑minute break each day
Responsibilities- Greeting:
Create a welcoming atmosphere and greet each patient warmly. - Guiding:
Assist patients with check‑in/check‑out procedures (including insurance verification), schedule appointments, and provide information about services and payment options. - Gratitude:
Express appreciation to patients for choosing us and treat everyone with respect and professionalism.
- At least one year of related experience.
- Knowledge of dental terminology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting.
$19‑$22 per hour
