Universal Health Services - 650 RANCOCAS ROAD [Medical Office Assistant / Admitting Clerk] As an Admissions Intake Coordinator at Universal Health Services, you'll:
Coordinate with referral agencies in facilitating step down/direct transfer admissions to both inpatient and/or outpatient continuum of care;
Facilitate all aspects of the assessment & admission process for patients seeking evaluation for psychiatric treatment;
Efficiently & effectively handle inquiry calls from referral sources, patients, and family members seeking treatment options;
Coordinate with insurance companies for authorizations of recommended treatment.
