Join our in-house paid training program at GBS and start a rewarding career as a Client Care Pro, working with adults with developmental disabilities. This case has availability on Mondays from 12pm-6pm and Thursdays from 2:45pm-5pm.
Join our team of compassionate professionals dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities! As a Client Care Pro (CCP), you’ll work directly with clients to deliver meaningful, one‑on‑one support services under the supervision of a BCBA. We are looking for team members who are patient, enthusiastic, and ready to make a difference. This role offers hands‑on experience in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA), and provides training, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized behavior support services to assigned clients
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the supervising BCBA
- Support clients who may display challenging behaviors, including but not limited to aggression (e.g., hitting, biting, kicking, scratching, or verbal outbursts)
- Participate in training on behavior management and safety strategies
- Collect and record data on client progress using established tools and procedures
- Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to review and discuss data and client needs
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive, client‑centered approach at all times
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Ability to remain calm, compassionate, and supportive during challenging situations
- Interest or experience in ABA and behavior therapy is a plus
- Experience collecting and analyzing behavior data is a bonus
- Must be reliable, flexible, and a strong team player

New York, NY | Salary: $35,000.00–$40,000.00 per year
