In this role, you'll help improve patients' quality of life by offering essential support and companionship in a comfortable, familiar setting.

• Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support safe mobility and transfers, ensuring patient comfort and security.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals, accommodating dietary restrictions.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a warm and encouraging atmosphere.
• Accurately document patient care activities and report concerns as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as an HHA or in a related caregiving role.
• Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification is required.
• A strong sense of compassion, patience, and reliability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and families.
• Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols effectively.
