Position Summary

Resident Diagnostic Radiographer (for locally trained applicants). Rank Radiographer II. Posts available in various clusters.

Pay

HK $35,795 to HK $57,842 (HGPS PT 14 - 24) per month including Monthly Allowance. Up to 15% of total basic salary may be offered as contract gratuity at the end of each 3-year period during the 9-year contract.

Key Responsibilities

Provide basic imaging services in general radiography independently and assist Radiographer I and/or Radiologist in delivery of special modality services.

Entry Requirements

A degree in Radiography from a local university or equivalent.

A Certificate of Registration (Category

D) (Part II) and a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Radiographers Board, Hong Kong.

Fluency in written English and Chinese as well as spoken English and Cantonese.

If graduated from a degree in Radiography from a local university (or equivalent) on or before 31 March 2026 and obtained the above registration and certificate before the same date, may also apply.

Applicant pending for Registration (Category

D) (Part II) will be offered a temporary part‑time appointment as Temporary Undergraduate Diagnostic Radiography Student (TUDR) with hourly rate HK $126. Upon obtaining registration and practising certificate, contract converted to full‑time resident diagnostic radiographer.
