* 12 Hour) + EOW

Pay Rate: $60/HOUR. W2

Note:

· PER DIEM RATES PROVIDED TO THE CANDIDATE LIVING MORE THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY.

· Referral Bonus Provided for each successful referral.

Overview:

· Assumes primary responsibility for documenting components of the nursing process and patient's progress toward meeting outcomes in the patient's chart including patient education.

· Demonstrates professional practice responsibility. Demonstrates knowledge of policies and procedures and is able to identify areas for clinical and professional growth.
