ALAY Home Care is urgently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with developmental disabilities throughout ALL New Jersey counties.

• $70.00 per hour

The BCBA provides clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs and behavioral aides, ensuring ethical, data-driven ABA services. Responsibilities include behavioral assessments, treatment planning, staff training, and progress monitoring.

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)

• Develop and revise Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)

• Supervise RBTs and behavioral aides

• Train caregivers and staff

• Monitor data and adjust treatment plans

• Ensure compliance with ABA and DDD standards

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, Counseling, or related field

• Active BCBA certification

• Valid CPR/First Aid certification

• Minimum 1 year experience with developmental disabilities

• Minimum 1 year supervised experience in behavioral assessment and plan development

• Strong knowledge of ABA, FBA, and Positive Behavior Support

• Criminal background check (fingerprinting)

• Drug screening

• College of Direct Support (online DDD certification)

• Reliable transportation

• 2+ years behavioral experience
