)to join our team on a per diem basis, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents’ mobility, independence, and quality of life.

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional abilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to supportoptimaloutcomes

• Document patient progress in accordance with facility standards

• Educate residents and families on treatment plans and exercises

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

• Prior long-term care experience required
