Responsive Physical Therapy is hiring for a Full Time Physical Therapist Job in Oceanport, NJ at our outpatient clinic located at Fort Monmouth. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually

Qualifications
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license
  • Current CPR certification through American Heart Association BLS Provider or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and neurological conditions
  • Provide hands‑on manual therapy techniques and facilitation strategies
  • Design therapeutic activity and exercise programs tailored to patient goals
  • Create patient‑centered treatment goals and monitor progress
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long‑term wellness strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to optimize outcomes
  • Adjust treatment plans as needed to maximize patient success
