Salary: $70,000 per year
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate regularly with the DMHAS STAR Grant Manager
- Oversee Rutgers SUPRT and Red Cap tools
- Demonstrate progress toward program goals
- Supervision of program staff (monthly meetings with STAR and Reconnections staff and biweekly phone or face to face for minimally 15 minutes)
- Coordination and monitoring of program services
- Collaboration with systems partners to ensure coordination of care
- Lead staff in delivering services in a culturally competent and linguistic manner; and improving the scope and capacity of the delivery system in order to ensure program sustainability.
- Ensure Case Manager and Recovery Specialist maintain fidelity to model
- Ensure QI compliance within the EHR System
- Ensure program is available 24/7 with a minimum caseload of 40 individuals at all times
- Assist with the development of comprehensive non-clinical Case Management plans and recovery plans
- Coordination of training of the peer recovery support specialists with a third party vendor
- Coordination of duties and scheduling of volunteers and interns, including on call schedules
- Coordination of meetings, events, and fundraising events
Requirements
- Master's Degree and Any Master's Level Clinical License (LPC, LCADC, LCSW) Related to the field
- 3-4 Years Management Experience; 5-6 years preferred
- Demonstrates evidence of working with the substance use disorder population and /or evidence of addiction coursework.
