Mindify Wellness and Care seeks a New Jersey-licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to provide a hybrid mix of onsite and telehealth services. The onsite day is at Fairlawn, 9:00 a.m.
to 4:00 p.m., one day per week, with additional telehealth appointments as patient needs and schedule allow. Responsibilities include initial evaluations, DSM-5-TR diagnoses, prescribing medications, updating treatment plans, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.
