Stern Therapy Consultants is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant at Autumn Lake at Salem County
. Help skilled nursing residents put their rehabilitation goals into motion through treatment focused on walking, transfers, strength, and participation in everyday activities.

What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy interventions directed by the supervising PT's individualized plan of care.

• Coach residents through prescribed exercises to improve balance, strength, and activity tolerance.

• Practice bed mobility, sit-to-stand movements, transfers, and walking with appropriate assistance.

• Instruct residents in safe use of prescribed mobility equipment and reinforce techniques established by the PT.

• Monitor symptoms and functional performance, reporting changes and treatment concerns to the supervising therapist.

• Complete clear treatment notes and coordinate mobility guidance with nursing and rehabilitation staff.

What We Offer

• $40–$45 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license.

• Ability to deliver treatment safely within an established plan of care.

• Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills.

• Skilled nursing rehabilitation experience is a plus; new graduates are welcome to apply.
