Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive geriatric care on our campus. You will implement residents’ personal care plans, focus on individual strengths and preferences, and contribute to a supportive, holistic care environment.
You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs, while ensuring documentation meets reimbursement and regulatory standards
