Assisting Hands of Burlington is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) to join our growing team in Mount Laurel, NJ! Whether you're available weekdays, weekends, or any shift, we have flexible opportunities to fit your schedule. Responsibilities:- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Monitor and document client health status and report changes to supervisory staff
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding in accordance with dietary needs and care plans
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, tidying, and errands
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Adhere to individualized care plans and maintain accurate client records
- Active New Jersey CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide) License required
- Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical setting preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Mount Laurel, NJ area
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed care plans
- Flexible availability including weekdays, weekends, or any shift
- Must pass background check and meet all state compliance requirements
- Driver's License, State Passport.
- Recent physical examination within the past 12 months
- TB immunization (PPD or QuantiFERON).
- Proof of MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) vaccination.
- Valid Social Security Number (SSN).
