Under the direction of the Director of Administrative Operations at EMYL, the Program Supervisor I is responsible for handling the day-to-day operations and logistics of the East Mountain Youth Lodge (EMYL) residential milieus. The Program Supervisor is responsible for the hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, developing and disciplining of direct care staff. The Program Supervisor ensures that all necessary documentation and procedures are in compliance with Joint Commission, Medicaid, and DCF/CSOC licensing/accreditation standards.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
- Minimum of 2 years working with adolescents in a similar environment.
Required:
- AHA Heart Saver First Aid CPR AED Certification, or completed within the first 90 days of employment.
- LSW, LCSW, LAC or LPC.
- In the BHSU Program CADC or LCADC or similar experience in addiction treatment.
- Regular contact with medical personnel and its visitors.
