Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) – Full-Time
Autumn Lake at Southgate | Carneys Point, NJ
$80,000–$115,000/year | Full-Time | Benefits Available
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation for Autumn Lake 'll lead the rehab department in a skilled nursing setting, helping the therapy team deliver coordinated care while giving clinicians the guidance they need to do their best work.
What You’ll Do- Oversee therapy services, staffing, and daily department workflow
- Support clinicians across PT, OT, and SLP with clinical and operational decisions
- Partner with nursing and facility leadership to address residents' needs
- Review documentation and help maintain Medicare, PDPM, and regulatory standards
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k)
- CEU reimbursement, parental leave, and disability insurance
- Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral
- Support from regional leadership
- Active New Jersey license as a COTA, OT, PT, PTA, or SLP
- Skilled nursing facility experience required
- Knowledge of Medicare, PDPM, and therapy documentation
- Previous DOR or ADOR experience is a plus
