Dr. Keith Schnappauf at Covered Bridge Chiropractic Center in Manalapan, NJ is looking for a friendly and organized Chiropractic Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a patient-focused chiropractic team where your communication skills and attention to detail will make a real difference in the patient experience every day.

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional front desk experience
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments using chiropractic practice management software
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communications
• Verify insurance eligibility and assist with billing and co-pay collection
• Maintain accurate patient records and update intake forms and documentation
• Coordinate patient flow to ensure smooth daily clinic operations
• Handle administrative tasks including filing, faxing, and correspondence
• Help with maintaining inventory of EMS units, hot/cold packs, cervical/lumbar pillows etc.
• Escort patients to rooms and help doctor with therapies such as hot packs, ultrasound, cold laser therapy, etc.

• Prior experience in a chiropractic, medical, or healthcare front desk role preferred
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a patient-first attitude
• Familiarity with medical billing, insurance verification, and co-pay processing
• Proficiency with scheduling software and general computer applications
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication
