The Registered Nurse in the CC Adolescent Unit at Hackensack Meridian Health is responsible for delivering nursing practices based on evidence-based research and standards of care, ensuring safe and individualized patient care.

• Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research.
• Ensure safe and excellent delivery of individualized patient care.
• Adhere to nursing policies and standards of care.

Education:

• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.

Experience:

• Six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.

Licenses &

Certifications:

• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
• AHA BLS/CPR certification required within 60 days of hire.
