Job Description:

Maya Homecare is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable
Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)to provide care for a 94-year-old woman with dementia in Ringoes, NJ. This position offers
16 hours per week
, with shifts from9 AM to 1 PM on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday
.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with
  bathing
  and personal hygiene
• Provide
  medication reminders
  (she frequently asks if she’s taken her medication)
• Prepare and assist with
  lunch
• Offer general
  companionship
  and support
• Ensure safety and provide mobility assistance as needed (she uses a cane)

Requirements:

• Valid
  CHHA certification
  in the state of New Jersey
• must be a
  female
• Experience working with
  elderly patients
  , particularly those with dementia
• Compassionate, reliable, and attentive to detail
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Must be able to provide
  medication reminders
  and assist with daily living activities
